Work together with your local Life fundraising group to build relationships and a community of Life supporters in your local area.
About the Fundraising Group Member role
Volunteer Manager: Head of Community & Events
Available locations: Your local area.
Commitment: Flexible – minimum of four hours per month.
What you'll be doing
- Help organise collections, events, and other fundraising activities.
- Promote the work of Life and encourage support from the local community.
- Regularly attend and participate in your fundraising group’s meetings.
- Completing agreed action points from the meetings.
You can be a general fundraising group member or have a specific role within the group, such as social media coordinator, collection box coordinator, banking coordinator, or administrative coordinator. Get in touch at volunteering@lifecharity.org.uk for more information.
What you'll need
- A genuine interest in and desire to support the work of Life.
- Honesty and reliability.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- A friendly and helpful attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Aged 16 years old or over.
