About the Community Fundraising Champion role

Volunteer Manager: Head of Community & Events

Available locations: Home / remote

Commitment: Minimum two hours per week.

What you'll be doing

  • Researching venues for a variety of fundraising opportunities.
  • Writing to venues to ask for collections.
  • Completing application forms for street collections.
  • Organising and arranging volunteers for a collection rota.
  • Researching Charity of the Year opportunities with local businesses, club, associations, and schools/universities.
  • Securing placements of our collection boxes at various organisations.

What you'll need

  • A friendly and helpful attitude. 
  • Good listening and communication skills. 
  • Good organisation and IT skills. 
  • Passion and enthusiasm. 
  • Ability to work independently and use your initiative. 
  • Aged 16 years old or over. 

No formal experience is needed – we provide all the training!
